    The CSA Sprint committee will be proposing a Junior Sprint Tour for 2010 and the trials will be at SA Sprint championships on the 16th to 18th April 2010. The exact size of the team is still to be determined.

    Paralympics champion Natalie du Toit overcame sea temperatures of 13 degrees and a tough field of local and international swimmers to win the eighth annual Cadiz Freedom Swim from Robben Island to Blouberg on Sunday afternoon.
