Drivers can finally collect licences

Eyewitness News reports City officials confirmed on Monday motorists should be able to collect their driver’s licence cards soon following backlogs.

The company that was awarded with the tender to manufacture the licences has withheld the cards since mid-February, allegedly due to non-payment.
